In principle, the TA-SCOPE USB driver installs itself when connecting a TA-SCOPE with a USB cable to a PC. With some PC configurations however, the driver cannot complete its installation and the communication to the TA-SCOPE cannot be established. We have developed a separate installer for the TA-SCOPE USB driver in order to deal with these cases.
