Thermostatic valves and lockshields, sets
The sets are an elegant solution for e. g. design radiators. A sublime effect will always be achieved with the Design-Edition „white“ or „chrome“ edition. Together with the thermostatic head DX the result will be such an attractive finish where everything fits together.
HEIMEIER Design-Edition Sets
with thermostatic valve body, radiator lockshield and thermostatic head DX.
There are sets in 4 different versions in each case in white RAL 9016 (valve bodies powder-coated) or chrome plated available:
– Double angle, connection right
– Double angle, connection left
The body, which is made of brass, is designed for connection to a threaded pipe, or in conjunction with compression fittings, for connection to copper or precision steel pipes.
Permitted operating temperature TB 120°C. Permitted operating pressure PB 10 bar.
Thermostatic valve body
with integrated stepless precision presetting and white protection cap.
The flow of the presetting can be easily and precisely set with a key. The selected value can be read on the front of the thermostatic insert. With the key, only a specialist can create or change the setting. The stainless spindle is equipped with a double O-ring sealing. The outer O-ring is replaceable under pressure. The complete thermostatic insert can be replaced with the HEIMEIER fitting tool without draining off the system.

Thermostatic head DX
Liquid-filled thermostat. High pressure power, lowest hysteresis, optimal closing time. Stable control behavior even in the case of small calculated p-band variation (<1K). Meet all requirements of the German EnEV and DIN V 4701-10. Setting range 6 °C to 28 °C. Valve stroke limiter. Setting numbers 1 to 5. Frost protection 6 °C. Max. sensor temperature 50 °C. Hysteresis 0.4 K. Water temperature influence 0.7 K. Differential pressure influence 0.3 K. Closing time 24 min.
